Plan Ahead

If your company is planning to attend a trade show and you need top-to-bottom work done on your display systems, from exhibit consultation, to design work to manufacturing and shipping, don’t wait till the last minute. Though fairly obvious, many companies often call at 2pm on a Thursday and need something by 10am Friday. Most trade show companies will help you out of the bind, but then you are stuck with a massive overnight shipping bill. Don’t let this happen to you!

Give your trade show company at least 3-5 days. This way they can ensure quality design time, ensure that the parts are in, and that they can ship your product early, saving you money!
